§ 18-253. Preapplication meeting.

Prior to applying for a building permit or special exception approval, the applicant is required to participate in a preapplication meeting with local development review staff. The purpose of this meeting shall be for fact finding and determining the correct or most feasible course of action for review and potential approval of the project. This preapplication meeting shall be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.
