§ 10-39. Occupation tax certificate; renewal.

Occupation tax certificates for adult entertainment establishments may be renewed on a calendar year basis provided that the applicants continue to meet the requirements set out in this article. The renewal fee for the adult entertainment establishments permits shall be established by resolution of the city council. Renewal applications shall be due by January 1 of the year for which such permit is requested.
