§ 10-37. Persons prohibited as applicants.

No occupation tax certificate provided for by this article shall be issued to or held by:

(1)

An applicant who has not paid all required fees and taxes for a business at that location or property taxes.

(2)

Any person who is not of good moral character.

(3)

Any corporation, any of whose directors are not of good moral character.

(4)

Any partnership or association, any of whose partners or members are not of good moral character.

(5)

Any applicant who is not qualified to hold and conduct business according to the laws of the United States, State of Georgia or City of Hahira.
